From the first consultation to final delivery, we're invested in your outcome — honest about what will work, intentional about how we shoot, and committed to images you'll love. Think of us as a partner in your project, not just a camera for hire.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel at no charge. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee depending on the circumstances.

When will I receive my photos?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours after the shoot. Rush delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional fee.

Absolutely. We specialize in short-term rental photography designed to maximize bookings on Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms. Our images are optimized to highlight the lifestyle and unique features of your property.

How much does Airbnb photography cost in Florida?

Short-term rental photography in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia starts at $450 for properties under 1,500 sq. ft., with pricing scaling by size from there. That investment includes more than just showing up with a camera. Every session comes with a consultation that includes a remote review of your property on Google Maps, a pre-shoot shot list review, and honest feedback on add-on services like drone or twilight, all so you're only investing where it actually moves the needle for your listing. On the day of the shoot we offer curated staging guidance and staging assistance, and more time dedicated to getting it right, which means more images delivered.

Will better photos actually increase my Airbnb bookings?

Studies consistently show that professional photography increases booking rates and allows hosts to charge higher nightly rates. First impressions matter, and your listing photos are your most important marketing tool.

During your consultation when we are going over the location and layout of the property, we will discuss options like video, drone, twilight/sunset, and lifestyle imaging and match the best option to your goals toward the listing.
